Corn Salad With Honey Dressing
Ingredients :

1 bag (16 ounces) frozen corn, 1 small sweet red pepper finely diced, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, 3 tablespoons cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 tablespoon celery seeds, 1/8 teaspoon salt.

How To Cook ( Makes 4 Servings ) :

Place the corn in a colander and rinse with hot water to thaw. Place in a large bowl and add the peppers and chives. Toss to combine.

In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, honey, celery seeds, and a salt. Cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the honey thins out. Pour over the corn and toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill.
