Garlicky Sour Cream Topping
Ingredients :

3 medium cloves garlic, 1 cup nonfat sour cream, 2 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley.

How To Cook ( Makes 1 Cup ) :

Place the garlic in a blender or food processor. Process to mince. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, and parsley. Process for 1 minute, or until smooth.

Note : Serve or baked or boiled potatoes, steamed vegetables.
