Bend the right leg at the knee and keep the right foot at the left thigh joint. Now stretch the left leg backward and bend the knee. With the hands, pull the left foot and touch the head. Bend the head and chest as much as possible. Practice this on alternate sides several times.

This is a very good exercise to stretch the muscles of the legs, thighs and back.
